Does raw fish make good fertilizer for a garden?

Most people would probably suggest that you compost the bodies first before using them in the garden, however, the indians often buried raw fish remains with their corn and other plants and supposedly it worked quite well. The fish corpse should break down quickly since you are burying it under the dirt. I don't think you will have any problems with what you are doing. Good luck!
