Me and my stepbrother have a weird relationship?

Me and my stepbrother have this like I don't even know how to explain it relationship with each other... Like we'll just be laying down calm together talking, which makes my heart flutter fyi <3. But then at other times we're bickering back and forth at each other. What kind of relationship would this be called like just an ordinary brother/sister relationship or could it be something more?
