Is Cheney looking more like Yoda & a lot less like Darth Vader?

The way he waddled up to the podium yesterday? Oh yeah. & that balding, shriveled head...but the wisdom was more like Yoda's unlike rehashed Hanoi jane rhetoric from Obama.
