Should i buy Devil May Cry 4 or Burnout Paradise on PS3?

I bought Burnout Paradise yesterday, but didnt enjoy it much, the car movement is kinda crap and really fake, and the city does not look that inspiring. I enjoyed burnout 3 and burnout revenge much more than paradise. But does the game get better after? is the beginning boring for everyone...or is it just me? I've played devil may cry 4 but didnt like it much, but i do like games like god of war that's y i'm thinking of returning burnout paradise and getting devil may cry 4. Plz some1 help! idk wat to do!!!
