Who knows the artist behind a very old poster of The Road to Success?

I purchased this poster from http://www.topdoghotdogs.com/ (click on Merchandise then, Pictures & Postcards). I find the scenes depicted to be very interesting. I'm guessing this was created in the early 1900's but not sure of the exact date. Does anyone know the story behind this drawing?
