Help! i need tips on surviving middle and high school?

i'm gong to middle school next year and i just want to know what i should of shouldn't do. i ned tips on how people act, how people dress, how the teachers are, and the "categories people fit into. with categories, i mean like the jocks, the geeks, etc......
