The Simpsons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Hey all you Simpson fans out there! Would you all happen to know the title of the episode where the school had to take a big test (ya know the district ones) so they sent away all the idiots (Bart, Ralph all the bullies.......) so it wouldn't effect the school average? The teachers also "taught" all the kids the answers! I cant remember the title! Thanks!
