Trying to concieve for 8 months now?

ok so me and my husband are trying to concieve for 8 months now. We practically tried everything.. and I mean everything.. from charting to ovulation kits and i even now bought pre seed lubricant that i just tried using this month.. I also bought fertiliaid for me and my husband to increase our chances... but nothing has happend yet.. we both got our selves checked and we are fine.. im 21 and hes 31.. i would really appreciate it if anyone has anything else that might help us concieve... Has anyone been in this same situation??? I feel like im loosing hope already.. :(
