Giving a salute, to me anyway, is reserved for those in uniform. I think if I were a policeman, fireman, or soldier I would see it as a sign of disrespect for a civilian to saulte anything.

problem- 03 Avalanche Z71 slipping?

My Avalanche just ped 50,000 miles so I had the trans fluid and filter changed as prescribed. (Deep pan transmission) Now it slips badly at normal operating temps. No check engine light. Engine revs in 1st and eventually catches up then slides and slips into 2nd. At highway speeds it eventually finds overdrive. Slips in reverse as well. It acts like it is starving for fluid but the level is topped off. Any ideas as to the cause? and solution?

Bad sync would show up when idling. It wouldn't have that much effect once you opened the throttle. And the mains are probably fine since the bike is good at high range. If they didn't touch the midrange jets they should be OK. You could have a problem with the slides sticking on those fancy CV carbs. It could clear up at full throttle because you'd have more vacuum on them. The carbs on that bike are extremely picky about being perfectly cleaned and adjusted.

I don't think that the only problem here is how you are gonna see him again. Since you can't even see your friends, it's not very easy to see him. But you can still e-mail him. They didn't forbid that too, did they? But getting their trust back it's the most difficult thing. You have to change a lot, or at least show you've changed. Start studying a lot, don't spend hours alone in your room, just go and talk with them for stupid, unimportant things, just to show them you trust them for everything. Then show your best behaviour and I think that's all you can do. I don't guarantee they're gonna believe you straightaway, but eventually you'll get their trust back. Most people would probably suggest that you compost the bodies first before using them in the garden, however, the indians often buried raw fish remains with their corn and other plants and supposedly it worked quite well. How do I stop a new betta getting sick?

Two weeks ago I had a snail out break in my tank. I asked on here and many of you were kind enough to give advice. I tried the lettuce leaf and picking them out one by one, but It was getting worse. So I bought two yoyo loaches to help. The larger of the two took a dislike to my betta and had to be removed but he had split one of my battas fins. I hopre good water and time would help heal it but three days ago, cotton wool fungus started to grow on the nipped fin. I treated it straight away. But the next day he was liveless and seemed to of lost the use of the rear fins. wouldn't eat. I knew he had to get to the surfice to breath so I kept coaxing him up but he sank and eventually dround today. I'm so upset! I adore him. He was my first betta. I only had him two months. What did I do wrong and how do I stop it happening again? The tank is 5+ gall, heated, filtered, no sharp edges. 50% water change every week. Good food. I'm really gutted. How do I stop this happening again?

Okay, I am on birth control and have been for awhile. We use condoms and he pulls out every time. Last month I somehow missed taking a pill altogether so I took 2 at my usual time the next night. Last time I was on my sugar pills was May30th-June5th. It was a normal period as far as I can remember. I was out of town June1st-June 9th. I had 2 times the week of June 13th sometime(don’t remember). I will start taking my sugar pills this Sunday June 27th. On Saturday I started “spotting” or “breakthrough bleeding,” like when I wiped there would be pinkish blood, not dots but like in a liquid form. Today I am having it too so that would be 4 days. It doesn’t happen every time I go to the bathroom and I only see it when I wipe. It has never stained my panties except for Sunday night a lil bit so I put a tampon in(thought it would get heavier) but when I woke up on Monday and took it out all there was was like brown color(brown blood) not at all a lot. I have been getting more moody and my feel as if they are heavier. I get like this a week before my sugar pills so to me this is normal. The last couple days my head has been feeling very weird but I believe it is because I started taking Nasonex about a week and a half ago. Also, yesterday I had brown discharge that was on my panties. Also, since yesterday I feel as if I pee more often which I usually do around this time prior to starting my placebo pills. My fiancé thinks that all this spotting and stuff is due because I took a pill late last month. I have never experience spotting or breakthrough bleeding so I don’t know what to look for, because I have also heard of implamation bleeding which means I would be pregnant. I do not think I would be pregnant because of everything I am doing to prevent that from happening. Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

DIY...what technique of painting is this, please help?

Paint a base coat with a white satin latex.Sandpaper scuff the peice where you would want stain to grab onto. Buy a water based stain in the color you like, dip a soft cloth into the stain, and rub it over the paint the way you want it to look. Experiment a bit with letting the stain sit for a couple minutes then rubbing it off. Let all that dry. If you want that crackle look only apply it where you want the crackly part to show.

Your best best would be craigslist. It might be hard to find something that is close to your location on ebay. Fact is if your not willing to drive further, then shopping of internet will be tricky. I would go to every cities local news paper online and look around. Most news papers have an online website with adds. At least check the closest big cities. A lot of people that sell things are not computer savy, so you can bet you will more then likely find what your looking for in local papers. And keep in mind that just because CRF's are red doesn't mean you cant buy different color plastics for them. For plastics your best bet is ebay or any bike shop online. 1 week after i got titan (puppy) he became really ill and so i took him to the emergency clinic (230$), later that day he was diagnosed with parvo. i immediately alerted the pet shop, and the owner admitted to knowing that there was a high risk that titan had parvo and yet he didnt tell us. he agreed to pay the bill on the condition that we took titan to his vet. titan was there for 3 days, the 1st 2 days i called 3-4 times a day to check on him on the 3rd day i went to see him, i was horrified to see that he was placed in an unquarintined room (laundry) with mops and boxes surrounding him. he was in a tiny cage with one layer of newspaper wet in his own vommit, and no IV attached. i took him out of there immediately to another vet (1500$ for treatment). due to the dodgy vet titan became hypoglycemic and had a seizure which caused temp. blindness and brain damage (vision still blury and walks wobly), now he has megaesophagus due to the parvo and no insurance company will ever take him.

Idle air valve needs to be cleaned. Usually this is part of the throttle body and it is easy to remove (if anything is easy to access on a van). Clean it with carb cleaner, wipe it off, and put it back. Also, Fords sometime need the idle stop screw turned in (clockwise) a quarter turn or so to correct idle issues. If you do this and it idles too fast then you turned it too far.

I've attempted to join Christian only groups/chat rooms on the internet in the past, and it seems that they attract atheists and non believers by the thousands! EVen immigration lawyers make mistakes so you need to make sure you look at the forms before submitting them.. this process can take a minimum of one year... meaning you have to wait a whole year before your wife can be approved for a visa to the USA. Make sure you guys take lots of pictures together because you will need to send photos of you guys together (I'd say about 30 photos) as proof that u have a legit relationship with her. After completing all the forms, (which your lawyer will explain further to you about the individual forms), your wife will be called to set up an interview with the US emby in her native country that she resides in. She must answer all the questions they ask her truthfully. At the interview they will either acccept or deny her visa. As for her children, if they are not your children, then I am not quite sure how that works.. your lawyer will explain that for you.. its important to know that if you make ONE little tiny mistake on a question in one of the forms, it could potentially make the wait months longer.. We've had our 3 month old female mastiff/border collie mix for about a month. Two weeks in we had her potty trained. Things were going great: she would stay at our pace on the leash, do her business (admist enthusiastic praise), and was perfectly fine with a short or long walk. Then for no apparant reason she has decided that every dog bark, every door slam, every breeze scares the crap out of her. We clean up after her every time and we've shampooed the carpets and when we catch her in the act we take her outside (where she gets scared and won't finish up). Does anyone have any advice? Usually spare magazines (if it was around 9$/9�) CAN have bad spring in them so when you wind your bb's, they may not be stored correctly so what may look like it will fire when you insert it into the gun, they will drop down again (a on on a mag is engaged when insterted into the gun so it can feed the bb's) thus resulting when you insert it, the bb's simply fall down again. Best thing to do would be to is take the mag apart (watch a vid on youtube) and get a new spring from your harware store. If that doesn't solve it, i haven't a clue sorry

Can't get WMP11 to load albums from flash drive.?

On my WinXP system, using Windows Media Player; I have a lot of music I riped to my flash drive however I have other songs I transfered from an older computer. MP only recognizes the albums I riped recently. The other transfered files are ignored. I can select the files and drop them on the Play List edit area and the song will play just fine. I just can't get the album or song to show up in the Library. Anyone know how WMP stores the library and if I can edit it directly, or if there is a way to force WMP to accept a new album? My 1996 camry wont start it makes a fast clicking noise.?

I jus got the car a couple months ago. My oil light jus started to *** on and off so I planned on getting an oil change when I got paid. So one day im driving to wrk and im running late, so im doing 80. Im n overdrive, radio on, and my high beams on. I start to change lanes and I notice I cant go faster. Then my steering wheel gets tight and the battery light comes on along with the oil light. I pull over, *** to a complete stop, and the car cuts all the way off. I tried to start it and it made 1 clicking noise. I get a boost and it didnt do any good. Now wen I try to start it the clicking noise is faster. Some ppl told me, alternatr, sum said solenoid, some said starter. One person said my engine might hav lockd. I pulld my spark plugs out and one of them look burnt. Wat do you think my problem is?????
